Intellect Lending Group announces notes issuance programme

September 4, 2016Intellect Lending Group, direct lending specialist group is proud to share the news of a successful first issue of its loan notes in the total amount of EUR 100 million under the EUR 600 mln loan notes programme.
ILG has issued notes in three tranches and will use the proceeds to finance its investment activities.
Newly issued notes are aimed at professional and sophisticated investors only and are acquired by investors under the private placement regime.
The notes have been issued at par and key characteristics of the notes are summarised in the table below:
